Booking Requirements
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment slot.
Appointment Guidelines
By appointment only. Clients must be 18+ or have written parental consent.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Changes within 24 hours require an additional $10 deposit fee. Your original deposit of $50 will be forfeited.
Late Arrival Policy
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to stay on schedule. Full service pricing may still apply.
No Show Policy
No-shows may be charged 100% of the service total.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable.

Please provide accurate health and skincare information so services can be performed safely.
Contraindications
For your safety and best results, services may be modified or rescheduled if you arrive with certain contraindications, including but not limited to:
active cold sores
sunburn
open lesions
recent peels/laser
or certain prescription medications.

Guests + Children Policy
This is a calm, guest-free studio—please arrive alone.
Studio Conduct
Respectful conduct is required. Inappropriate behavior may result in service refusal and loss of booking privileges.
Right to Refuse Service
Services may be refused or discontinued for safety, contraindications, or policy violations.

Photos/videos are only taken or shared with your permission.
Chargebacks & Billing Disputes
Please contact us directly with billing concerns. Chargebacks for valid charges may result in loss of booking privileges.

If you’re unsure, book The Signature Reset. It’s the best starting point for most skin types and allows time for a full skin analysis. From there, we’ll customize your treatment based on what your skin needs that day.

Yes. Every facial is customized based on your skin, your goals, and what your skin can safely tolerate at the time of your appointment.

Yes — acne-safe and sensitive-skin friendly. Always customized.

Most clients see the best results with treatments every 4–6 weeks. If you’re working on acne, texture, or pigmentation, a more consistent schedule may be recommended.

Extractions are performed only when appropriate and when the skin is ready. Our goal is always to clear congestion while protecting the skin barrier.

To get the best results, please arrive with clean skin if possible and avoid strong active ingredients (retinoids, exfoliating acids, benzoyl peroxide) for 2–3 days before your facial. If you have questions about your current routine, feel free to ask.

You can, but arriving makeup-free is always appreciated.

For the next 24–48 hours, avoid:
heavy sweating / intense workouts
saunas or hot yoga
exfoliation or retinoids
picking or extractions at home
Your skin may be more reactive after treatment, and we want to protect your results.

Please disclose this on your intake form. Certain treatments may not be recommended depending on your medication and timeline. Your safety will always come first, and we’ll adjust your service as needed.

Yes—many services are pregnancy-safe. However, certain ingredients and treatments may be modified or avoided. Please note pregnancy/nursing on your intake form so we can customize safely.
